BOOKING PROCEDURES
We know better than anyone how difficult is to organize a Trans-Siberian journey with all accompanying excursions, visas, transfer, hotels and arrangements. So once you have cleared for you the timing, budget and some initial ideas about your trip just drop us a line for further assistance on how to proceed with the booking.
First of all we would suggest that you take a look at our price list and decide which of the offered services you would like to choose (e.g. number of stops on the way, 1st or 2nd class ticket, transfers upon arrival or departure, excursions etc.). The next steps after we receive an e-mail or a phone call from you are as follows:
1. Our company policy is to reply within 24 hours. (Though it may take a bit longer time in busy periods).
2. A couple of mails will usually be exchanged in the next days, where we will discuss the details of the itinerary.
3. We book the services, and send a booking confirmation after we have agreed on a certain itinerary.
4. We request a certain amount in deposit as a confirmation from you that you approve the itinerary.
5. We send you the necessary invitations which you can use to apply for visas in your country of origin.
6. After the services are confirmed from our partners and you have paid in full for your trip we send vouchers to you, where all the booked services are stated.
7. You receive train tickets and the rest of the services upon arrival, when you present those vouchers, to the contact persons and addresses stated in them.

pay onlinePAYMENTS
Pyments are possible vi abank transfer using the bank details inside the invoice itself or online by credit card. If you have chosen to pay online you have seen in your invoice the deadlines for deposit and rest payments.
1. To proceed further just login into our secure system for online payments (the link below)
2. Log in using the number of your invoice (you will find it on the top right hand side of your invoice) and your e-mail address
3. Choose from the top links whether you are paying the deposit or the rest payment and submit your credit card details
4. Once you have made the payment you can make a reprint of the paid invoice for you

NB! Please note that if you can not log in into the system that means that most probably you have exceeded the deadline for your payment and the system automatically does not let you in. In such case please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   and ask if it is still possible the deadline for your payment to be extended (if the answer is “yes” then you will normally have 24hrs to carry out the payment). Please note that 2,5% credit card charges apply for online payments.
